GSI takes an entirely new approach to the experience of buying jewelry. First, we purchase from the same national wholesalers used by a majority of retail jewelers. Most people don’t realize that much of the jewelry in available in shops- from mall retailers to Galleria stores and Direct Diamond Importers is sourced from the same handful of companies. Second, we shop our competition. Because we don’t have the overhead of traditional brick and mortars, and also don’t have a parent company to answer to, we are able to offer the same or better quality pieces at a lower cost to you, while offering a local business to stand behind your purchases. Third, and most important, is the type of relationship we offer our clients.

When you first contact us, we’ll spend a little time getting some information about your important dates and your important people. We’ll take care of reminding you of your wedding anniversary, your mother’s birthday or your daughter’s sweet sixteen. We’ll also take a general list of the items already owned by the people you are thinking of buying for. This aids in choosing new pieces which will match her style and existing collection. You don’t have to battle parking garages or traffic to meet with us- we will gladly meet you in your office or club. When we arrive, we will have sample pieces for you to view- if something is perfect, you take it home today. If we need something just a little different, we will have a sample book to choose the perfect piece, which can usually be to you next day.

Once the gift is chosen, we will be happy to help you present it in a way that will make the experience even more special. Arranging dinner reservations, car service to take you to your destination, what ever we can do to make it a perfect experience start to finish.

• If we are able to view gemstone jewelry every 6 months, to clean and check the piece for issues, if any of the stones ever crack, chip or fall out, we’re replace it with a gem of the same quality, free of charge.
